Do you build custom homes and spec homes?
Yes, both. We manage the build from foundation through final sign-off.
Who manages the subcontractors?
We do. Licensed trade partners are coordinated by us, and you have one point of contact the whole way.
Is financing available for new homes?
We are setting up project financing for larger builds like new homes. Until then we offer clear, milestone based payment schedules. Ask when you request your estimate.

Yes. NEPSA Construction Inc. is a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #1159791.
