Can you tell me what fits on my lot?
Yes. That is the first thing we do. We visit, look at the lot, access and existing structures, and talk through what you want the space for before anything is drawn.
Do you handle the city inspections?
Yes. We coordinate inspections through final sign-off as part of the project.
Is financing available?
We are setting up project financing for larger builds like ADUs. Until then we offer clear, milestone based payment schedules. Ask when you request your estimate.
